Wall Street! What a fine record. Great singing, good tunes, a band that cooks. i think there's plenty of airplay just waiting for this cd to get out.

"In the beginning there was Bob and Joani......partners in love and music. They went separate ways in life and thankfully stayed very much to-gether in music.
What a treat to hear the result of many years of searching and finding their own style ... who else but Joani to know the value of a pretty verse (check out I'm Glad There Is You), or how and more importantly, when, to use her gorgeous vibrato. And her voice.... so rich and full of the nuance that only a lifetime of loving, honest care could bring.
A Pro!
Add to this classic beauty the experience and originality of Bob Murphy and you have an original, fresh take on these wonderful standards. To-gether their music remains exquiste and it sounds to me very much like the love has remained."

This is the pinnacle of Artistry. It's a great CD. A marvelous piece of work and long overdue. I thoroughly enjoyed it.
Unequivocally 5 stars. There's magic in all these songs. "The Art of the Jazz Ballad", is hauntingly beautiful.

On your cd you create the impression that you are letting me eavesdrop on a very personal dialogue between you and Bob. The rapport is so intense that it seems you are accompanying yourself. I love your voice and your way of revealing the soul of each song.
